These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreForge platform and websites operated by GreinchWW LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as "CoreForge" ("CoreForge", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
CoreForge provides an operating layer for international companies, including workflow orchestration, data unification and compliance tooling. The exact features available depend on your plan.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, fees & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
- We may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to engage in any illegal, harmful, infringing or fraudulent activity.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service.
- Interfere with the integrity, performance or security of the Service.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a coordinated disclosure program.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to store unlawful content.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant CoreForge a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Customer Data and for its lawful use.
6. Confidentiality
Each party shall protect the other's confidential information with the same standard of care it uses for its own (no less than reasonable care). Customer Data is treated as your confidential information.
7. Service availability & SLA
We aim for high availability. Enterprise customers may benefit from a contractual uptime SLA (up to 99.99%). Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your access ends and Customer Data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. CoreForge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreForge from any claim arising out of your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
