Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 17, 2026

GreinchWW LLC (d/b/a CoreForge) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. CoreForge targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. The website is partially conformant today, meaning some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.

2. What we already do

  • Semantic HTML — landmark regions, headings and lists used correctly throughout the public surface.
  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element (links, buttons, dialogs, form fields) is reachable and operable with the keyboard alone.
  • Focus indicators — visible focus rings on all interactive elements.
  • Colour contrast — body copy meets the 4.5:1 ratio required by WCAG AA against the dark background.
  • Reduced motion — we honour the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query and disable large parallax / video animations for users who request it.
  • Forms with labels — every input has an explicit label and an accessible name.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known issues we are actively working to resolve:

  • The background video on the homepage may be distracting for users with vestibular sensitivities. We honour prefers-reduced-motion to suppress it. A future release will add a manual toggle.
  • The authenticated dashboard (the "Forge") is still being audited for AA conformance and may contain components that do not yet meet the standard.

4. Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through a combination of self-evaluation (manual keyboard testing, screen-reader walkthroughs with NVDA and VoiceOver) and automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse). External audits are planned in parallel with the SOC 2 effort once paid-tier ARR justifies the spend.

5. Feedback & how to request an alternative

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of CoreForge. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. If you need a portion of the content in an alternative format (large print, accessible PDF, plain text), please let us know and we will provide it free of charge as promptly as reasonably possible.

6. Formal complaints

We try to address all feedback in good faith. If a response does not satisfy you, you may also contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction — for example, in the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (or your state-level Attorney General's office) handles ADA-related complaints.
